The stigma was that if you embrace technology you destroy nature, but if you embrace nature you reject technology. This good future is the very definition of technology and nature existing in harmony.
@@booberminfranklin3652 or just people who don't like CD that much 😂. I wouldn't say I'm amazing, but I've been playing Sonic games almost my entire life so I know how to and can get the good future, I just don't like CD enough to put in the work to do it
@@sakthivelsridharan8109 it’s because for some reason in the game, if you get all the time stones for the first time then it will still be the bad future for Metallic Madness. Every time after gets you the good future.
Took lots of time and hard work but now sonic can rejoice knowing that the bad future ain't gonna come bite him. Not only did he save little planet but the lives that may reside there. This music reflects that
Now, this one is special to me. Anytime you hear the good future variant and see the zone in game, you always get a sense of accomplishment. But none of them, NONE OF THEM fat it across the same way Metallic Madness does. Seeing as how even the past is every bit as chaotic as the present, there’s really no resting with this place, and the bad future really drives home that there is no hope for peace for Metallic Madness… but seeing a harmony of nature and technology with animals everywhere, and this super happy music playing on top of it… it really makes you feel like you’ve done the impossible.
Used to dislike this track for sounding too upbeat even for a Good Future, but I've since come around to it - the drum loop is very catchy, the strings are serene and the orchestral hits fit surprisingly well despite this variant of MMZ being much calmer. Oh, and the synthy pan flute-like instrument playing the iconic Metallic Madness solo is great. It feels very much like you're being congratulated for what you've managed to accomplish in an area that seemed impossible to save from Robotnik's influence.
One of the biggest things about this track is that they turned the heavy industrial and evil feeling metallic madness in all other time zones and the bad future, and turns it into this, a track which you could probably play inside of a botanical garden and it would fit. The people behind this soundtrack were brilliant.
Here's my top five: 5. Quartz quadrant present 4. Wacky workbench present 3. Quartz quadrant bad future 2. Stardust speedway present 1. Cosmic eternity Just note that if there was a sixth spot I might put this song.
I very much see this as the act 3 good future theme, US fits act 1 and 2 because you still are trudging along, but by act 3 with good future at that point its the end, theres nothing left but some platforming and an easy boss.
Metallic Madness: "This your chance! Go after that evil scientist!" Metallic Madness P mix: *Yea, I got time* Metallic Madness B Mix: *You had ONE job!* Metallic Madness G mix: 🎵Everybody was Kung-fu fighting!🎵
I imagine playing this game in Japan, and getting good future in metallic madness and going from energetic insanity to fun nature vibes and just being like “what the fuuuu-“
