Several years ago, a user called Dill Tasker did some pretty cool mashups of the Japanese and US soundtracks for the Sonic CD zones Tidal Tempest and Wacky Workbench. Come to find out he had uploaded an introductory draft for a Metallic Madness mashup. That inspired me, all these years after the fact, to create my own mashup for Metallic Madness. I hope you all enjoy what I've put together.
This mashup uses tracks from the 2011 release of Sonic CD, the unused transition music from the Sonic CD beta, and tracks from the Sonic the Hedgehog: BOOM soundtrack, and was composed in Mixcraft 8. Ripped sprites for the thumbnails were taken from The Spriters Resource.
