James from 1989 to about 93 was the definition of badass.

Even back in 1989, there was always _that guy_ that shouted *“Dyers Eve!”* at the top of his lungs whenever James asked what song they should play.

This is insane... theres no better band than metallica at their gold era! Lars drumming fucking insane!!! James attitude and vocals kicks ass! Kirks solos are from another planet... and jason is a monster without mercy

True Story: I've loved Metallica ever since I bought Lightning about 34 years ago when I was 11. Seen them live a number of times, massive fan of their covers especially Breadfan by Budgie. Fast forward to 2014/15, I'm a senior manager in a Welsh family run business and we hire Budgies drummer's son. Small world.

I've been a fan for 30+ years, but I saw my first Metallica show in 2017. I can't put into words how blown away I was. What an amazing, high energy show. If you like Metallica and haven't been to a show, you have to see them.

Dangerous band during the damage justice tour. They tore thru the states and floored everyone. I was 13 and went to my first concert ever. They were tight as fuck

I'm so glad I was able to see them on this tour. No concert that I've ever been to has even come close to that amount of energy. You can feel it just watching this, but nothing like being there. Metallica and Maiden, number 1 and number 2 of all time live bands.

I got the binge and purge box set when it came out and watched the Seattle show so much that the VHS finally died. Thank God for youtube so I don't have to go out and buy the DVD version

The “Deluxe Box Set” of And Justice for All on Apple Music or Spotify or whatever platform has the Seattle 89 tracks in full, and sounds kick ass. Worth checking out. Much better than the dvd versions and any RU-vid clip.
