Damn I can't wait for you to go through their first few records. This album sets a decent bar for someone entering the genre as a whole, but you'll understand why a lot of people (including myself) were cringing when you decided to start with this album. At least you've been enjoying it, it's considered a comeback record for Metallica, and I think it's gonna make going through their first five records all the more rewarding for you. If you're in it for the long haul, after Death Magnetic go to their first album Kill Em All, and continue from there. Because the audience is definitely here for that ride w you my guy
