I'm 55 this year, and I love this . Just listened to it on full volume on my earphones, and im really stoned . After a lifetime, you get to the point where you just don't care anymore and is a great way to block out my awful neighbors.
This song could describe "enlightenment" from an eastern point of view. Read as you listen... 1- the Way, old unconcious life fades away. 2- journey within. "Nothing" matters most (the infinite that holds all, wholeness) even more than the ego 3. No will to continue unconscious life of being exploited. 4 Awareness that an end..a spiritual rebirth/resurrection is needed to gain real freedom in this life. 5. Evolution experienced!, the ego is gone. 6. Death and loss of all what is not the true being... shock. Seeing clearly the crisis of thought/state of mankind. 7. Merging with Emptiness/the all/wholeness brings ability to feel the agony of mankind, compassion is born from this. 8. Darker the night, the closer the dawn, the light comes! I was an isolated ego (me) now I am connected with totality/emptiness that contains all/wholeness. 9. Each person is responsible for transformation before physical death. 10. Not thinking, I have gone beyond the limited mind, no-thought, empty mind (zen) no effort, no activity. 11. The dead past has no value in the present moment which is life. 12. Death into birth of the enlightened is a doorway to be stepped through. GOODBYE!
