About to see these legends in Chicago in about 3 hours, can't wait!!! EDIT: The show was amazing!! For my first Metal concert, I'd absolutely go back to one again. Lars killed it (along with everyone else !!!)

I discovered Metallica when I was eleven years old in 1988. I saw them live at Merryweather Post Pavilion in 1994. Alice In Chains were supposed to open, but cancelled. I saw then again in 1998 at Raven's Stadium with Korn. I want to see them one more time. I've never seen them live with Rob.

I saw this in person, and it was absolutely insane - the tickets were more than worth it, go see them, everyone!

Managed to find myself and my brother in the crowd during the intro here 🤘 Our first time seeing Metallica live, and it was absolutely worth it! We both loved every minute of it, damn near lost our voices. We couldn’t make the second show because of those crazy thunderstorms (4-hour drive and all that fun stuff), but WOW, the classic Ecstasy of Gold opener, Creeping Death, Orion, Master of Puppets, Fuel, and of course Hardwired…. For hitting all their big songs, you couldn’t have asked for a better set!

Me and my 16 year old son was there, his first Metallica show, my second (1994). It was AMAZING! Blessed that I could share it with my son!

When they come to Holland again, we go to every show they play! 16 family members strong, can not wait! ♨️🪨♨️
