So awesome...I started with Metallica in the 80's. My 3 children grew up with their music and now I am a granny with 58 years and I am headbanging with my 7 and 14 years old grandchilds 🤘🤘🤘💕💕💕 This guys are fantastic and I know I will listen to their music until my last breath... I remember this when it happened - I was watching all of the Met on Tour videos of the tour waiting for the Toronto one which I was at, and I saw this video. I got in touch with the kids cause we were roughly all the same age - I think it was probably through MySpace. We kept in touch all these years and I'm am friends with all of them. Even though I live in Canada we still will visit each other and hang out. Tom (on drums) and Andy (black guitar) are driving up to Toronto in a few weeks to see Metallica with me. What a thing to happen - because of this I have these amazing friends - doesn't matter that we're in different countries.

That is beyond awesome!! I think I love so much is those kids having THAT FREAKN" memory and THAT FREAKN' story to tell for the rest of their lives. That is truly special! Would be awesome to see more celebrities doing stuff like this more often. Just so magical.

using my grandsons youtube, they didnt let the kids stay on long enough but anyway yall did an awesome job,,, Im a 60 year old grandma and yes, I love Metallica...

Metallica has definitely turned into a family band. Saw them this year for first time since "91"!!!!! They still did a good show, but they're definitely getting old as am I. I do find it great though the generations I see a concerts anymore. My parents would never had let me go to a show let alone go with me at that age.

Now that's something those kids will remember for the rest of thier lives !!, real cool to invite them up ..another generation of metal heads :)

Metal is actually one of the most internally supportive/energetic musical communities (at least in my concert experiences). Not counting fans of individual artists of all genres (*cough Beehive*, and I am a member of that as well lol)

Those kids will remember that exact day from now on. They are so lucky to have done that, when I was young probably around their age, I have 'accidently' put my ukulele put of tune 💀
