hate when people like you say finally you can hear the bass.. it happened only one album.if your a fan you would know which one.. they turned down the bass cuz .. (yes they hazed him a lot) but they turned it down cuz they didn't want him to think he could just walk in and think he's the shit.. they were goin for a specific sound on that album.which in my opinion is there best album.. and they had just lost there best friend cliff a few years before..

Why is everbody crying for this Metallica? If you don't like them now go listen to there music in the old days. Just don't go to there concerts and don't buy there records. Simple. And what is wrong with making money? They have to feed there family too.... and besides of that, I like the old and new Metallica, don't care who isn't or is in the band. If I like the music I just simply like the music.
Thanks for posting this! I've been looking for this since it aired! Back in 98' I was gonna record it but I ended staying over my cousins house that nite thinking that MTV would replay it. They never did! Thanks! Made my day!
I said the same in both languages, because there are people who dont not understand neither one nor the other, im from Argentina for example and whi speak spanish... See you...
I remember seeing them for the first time in '98 in San Antonio, Tx. I fucking loved the setlist, especially the songs they played ACOUSTIC, so much fun:)
I love that this is just filmed in like a waterfront warehouse but it adds such a cool vibe to this video 😍 The fact they play Low mans Lyric and Devils Dance is worth the watch time alone!
It's finally nice to be able to hear the bass, like you do when you are in a concert!! Many thanks to the person who loaded this up to youtube!! Haven't ever seen this before!!
Low Man's Lyric: 0:00 Helpless (Diamond Head Cover): 7:23 Last Caress (Misfits Cover): 12:11 So What (Anti-Nowhere-League): 15:16 Fuel: 18:23 Devils Dance: 23:35 One: 29:08 King Nothing 36:24 For Whom The Bell Tolls: 42:36
first part of this is right below.. but in my opinion he should of shut his mouth and be grateful that he became the bassist for his favorite band metallica.. cuz he could hear his bass on every album after ajfo.. but i gotta give Jason props for his new band and song.. actually kicks ass
What a bizarre set for an unplugged show. They have plenty of songs that lend to that format, instead they went with the "13 year old gets their first acoustic" approach. 🤣🤣 Tallica dgaf.
+Steve B come on cliff is dead move on fatass gay . Zzzzz people keep comparing jason rob and cliff . Why still included cliff in the list he's dead okay thats it .no point keep comparing zzz but i choose jason rather than rob
