@@markcarson3215 I agree with the second night being better based on set list. The crowd in my area was basically the same both nights but the floor looked more rocking on the second night. I think 5FDP really fired up the crowd on night 2. We were section G, row 15
Was an amazing concert! I agree, Sunday crowd had more energy!!! I won my tickets 2years ago so the waiting was insane..... but it was well worth the wait! Last time I saw them was Relaod at Northlands or Rexall 😂.
rest in peace Viking, i've heard many things, it was during seek and destroy, someone said it was sad but true then another person said it was king nothing, but hey that was a hell of a way to go out, rocking to metallica that was the last thing he saw. i couldn't attend the show :(
It was near beginning they brought him out in a stretcher. Didn't even lock it. It bumped into my friend . We thought poor guy had to leave and then found out he died afterwards
@@scottbeck7762 because I don’t keep up with much metallica news so how would I know they announced it two years ago when I didn’t even find out about it until a couple days before? I don’t really keep up wit about Metallica except concerts that come to my city(hence them) so don’t blame me for “saving up” when I haven’t even heard about it until literally a couple days before. 😑 Edit: and even if I did save up as parts unknown has mentioned “ tickets sold out incredibly fast “. so there’s no need for hostility because I’m sure those tickets were already sold out when it was announced even if it was two years ago. I’m sure you’ve been in my shoes as well and someone else said the exact same thing you’re saying😂
I’d love to know how and why I received absolutely zero information whatsoever from anyone, anywhere that Metallica was happening in Edmonton at any point in time in the last 13 years, or since their concert prior here, which I was also not notified of?! Not to mention the fact that Pantera opened. The rage I feel is uncontrollable
@@alysonturcin-weller7443 They announced it in 2022 when they were starting promotion for their new album. They've been on tour since last summer. If you follow Metallica on IG or FB they post constantly about their tour. They didn't hide the fact they were touring nor who the opening bands were. It was extremely well known they were touring and were playing Edmonton. No idea how you could have missed it.
@@richardprescott1977 it wasn't. There were a scattering of tickets available the days of the show and then of course the clowns who buy and try to sell for way way too much so.....
I was there! Snuck my way onto the floor then eventually got kicked out cause I pushed my way to the front row lol Totally worth it though! I'll be back Sunday mofos
Did you see the guy on the stretcher getting chest compression?? Just wondering if anyone know if he lived or not? I was sitting about 50’ to the right of the guy with the camera 🤘🏼
