Could you imagine if one day Metallica was to become one of the biggest heavy metal bands in the world? Have music videos on MTV? That would wild, and their opportunity starts now with this album cover.
Playing the whole thing in one take requires a lot of skill and endurance. I recently got myself this exact guitar, it's my first "real" guitar and I'm absolutely loving it!
@@aldilasagne293 i have one that is a lesser known brand GFX that also made kelly copies in the 80's-90's, mine was completely rebuilt with the Hetset emgs, a floyd rose, and grovers
It really depends. It just comes naturally to some people. When I first started playing guitar, I really didn't alternate pick much at all. I dowpicked everything I could. Some of it was unreasonably fast. Lol. Eventually I finally figured out alternate picking so I could do gallops and triplets and stuff like that. But my downpicking speed just naturally developed from that constant playing style. I can pretty much play all the rhythm guitar parts from KEA-AJFA in one sitting without getting fatigued. (I can play most of the leads, too, but that stuff doesn't require as much picking endurance) It just came from years and years of downpicking as fast as possible. It's like anything else. Constant repetition just made it second nature.
Gonna be getting me a Kelly for this Christmas and I'm excited as fuck, you make that thing sing bro. Here's to hoping I could match your skill someday.
a lot of these charts are made from the guitar hero metallica stems/charts, and the difference really shows in songs that aren't on GH:M like leper messiah and damage inc love the vids, your stamina is insane for all the downpicking in one session
So you just buy the Rocksmith software from Steam then a guitar to usb cable and that’s it? Where can one find info about adding in the CDLC? Great playing man!!!
I can not listen right now, but I came to put like and leave a comment. I will listen to it tomorrow! Please do more, if you can make Testament, Kreator or Overkill I would very appreciate it!
sickass video! this was the first vid i saw of yours and i insta subbed. am i able to play rocksmith if i have an audio interface or do i need the special cable?
Very skilled, good stuff. Have you practiced the solos off this album previously or did you play them on the fly looking at the chart for the first time
@@nemonucliosis I don't need to see the video. I can tell by listening that he's playing an incorrect dyad during the verse riff to Battery. It's actually a very common mistake. I hardly ever see anyone play it correctly. I don't know how to read these digital charts though, so I'm just curious if it's also incorrect in the actual chart.
