Actually the piano is a percussion instrument so drum rudiments are possible.

@@rutmandan piano is classified as a string instrument . I'm a drummer. Literally NO PART of playing the piano is anywhere close to drumming rudiments. Drumming rudiments are double strokes, hands and feet...especially for metal...flams, paradiddles, etc. Try getting double strokes on a piano when there is zero rebound on the keys like there is on the batter head of a drum. Good luck. Everything about drums and piano are fundamentally different. You're not even holding sticks. Yes, you can bang on a piano, but that's as far as similarities go between drums and piano. You can't choke a key like you choke a cymbal or hi-hat. If a piano operated like a xylophone, then maybe. But since a key moves a mallet to hit a string, with no rebound.....and sustains far longer than a drum head or xylophone bar..... Tell me you don't play drums without telling me you don't play drums

It's funny, though. Some piano players don't get how we cam play guitar. Imo, piano is harder

Thousands of hours of practice, just like guitarists can shred for 45-90 minute concerts and be fine.

When musical notes in passion entangle with your soul you'd be amazed by the stamina boost. I can't create them like she can, but take them running with me.. my secret sauce.

@@Keithustus 45-90 on the average/lower end. Headline bands commonly play well over 90 minutes, and never as short as 45 on a proper headlining tour. Even bands full of old players, like Metallica or a band like Journey for example. They'll play 2 hours or over as a headliner.

I know, right? And if you look really carefully, there was actually a piano in this video. Towards the end, I noticed it just to the right of the girl.

She clearly had to psyche herself up for this performance. Who know how's anyone gets to be this good. Amazing work.

Well it is very difficult to compare those styles of music. I am much at home with Bach or Mozart, but that is a huge stretch. Their music still follows strict form (this resoved in european music only slowly staring with late Beethoven) and so. It is both good in its own way but we may not forget that we talk about more than 200 years here.

I think Adam is absolutely on point. The great masters would have loved this. Who knows what they'd have done with today's equipment.

Or do you mean like the time seven years ago when a girl band from Mexico covered enter sandman and it went crazy viral? Both channels and their covers are still there, no law suits. BTW, there's two classic symphony and Metallica albums, and they just released and album for the anniversary of the black album that is entirely covers by other bands. So.... yeah, once upon time they had a little hissy fit about some downloads... but they've moved on and evolved. Join them, and me and just enjoy the music mate. I'll agree they're basically money making machine now, but they still do damn good show full of great music, so.... I mean, what do you want man? Capitalism is bitch sometimes.

Я писал, что не совсем бомба. Да играет, но это уже не так интерессно потому, что все практически эти каверы сыграл другой человек Виктория Ермольева, и сейчас как-то звучит это не очень то классно, а как пародия. Играть кавер кавера не очень оригинально, свое надо что-нибудь придумывать. А по натоптанной ходить тропе не совсем хорошо.
