Yo cumpli mi sueño x2 en el 2017 Lollapalooza & Metallica. Este se ve que fue de lo mejor.

Yo x3.. Y sabiendo lo que íbamos a presenciar, nunca hubo mejor momento para gritarlo con brazos abiertos mirando al cielo. Aunque antes que eso me estuve agarrando la cabeza sin poder creer que estaban tocando este temazo. Increible momento. Increible recital. Metallica siendo Metallica.. It's not at all what it used to be but for his age, absolutely. In his prime (before he blew his voice out during the Black Album tour) it was one of the greatest voices in metal. Wish he could still sing like he did back then.

@@Warrior___ Nah, he's got a point. James has certainly aged well, but he has definitely aged. His singing is still good, but he cant quite put the same fire behind his vocals like he could way back when. At least, not often. Now, for a song like NLC, thats fine. Its not very demanding vocally so he can sing it just fine and it sounds just how it should. But... If he sings something like The Thing That Should Not Be... He'll sing it well enough, but it wont have that same intensity that it did in his prime. I'll give the man all the credit I can. 40 years is a long career in any field, but for a metal band? Or any band for that matter? That's just insane. And to still be touring all these years later and still sound good? You dont do that without a looooot of talent and dedication to maintaining that skill.

Shame Papa Het can't sing any more. It's so flat. So dull. I understand they want to keep going for the high, but know when to call it a day.

Seems they have been giving forgoing countries a better set list since they seem to appreciate Metallicas music more

Fully agree. I guess this is from the Load & Reload sessions, but I don't know how this didn't make it onto those albums. It's would have easily been one of the best songs. Glad it got released with S&M.

@@kooijbas I highly doubt. The strings make this song. They probably wrote the riffs but I think it was written for S&M

No Leaf Clover doesn't have a studio version, but the S&M version of it from 1999 was special

most songs are better live a few exceptions only like blackened, lars doesn’t play it really well live and they cut an important part of the solo

The original from S&M1 is pretty much studio. All of James vocals were re-recorded in the studio.

The s&m version was pretty much just studio recordings, same with -human

The S&M 1 version is the studio version

I think they're going to start the next tour in North America. I believe the shows here in South America are from the 2019 tour (when James went to rehab)
