yo estuve ahi, con mi hermano que en ese entonces tenia 15 años y yo 21. despues de haber escuchado a metallica durante toda mi preadolescencia cuando vi que la pantalla indico orion como ganadora casi me largo a llorar. lo mire y le dije "pibe, esto que vas a ver ahora, no lo vas a volver a ver o escuchar jamas en tu vida, disfrutalo". hasta el dia de hoy me acuerdo de la cara, lagrimas y felicidad de mucha gente al ver que iban a tocar ese instrumental para nosotros. mientras escribo esto se me pone la piel de gallina, y cuando james vio la bandera que decia "cliff está aca" y la mencionó... increible. esa noche fue muy especial.

I love crowds like this. Humming along to the guitar riffs, people jumping, theres actual PARTICIPATION happening instead of people just standing there listening. How come American crowds are never like this?
It has a lot to do with the band that is going through the motions of playing their songs, there is no hunger to interact with the crowd anymore. The band has no aggression left, they need Jason back.
Ariel Matias It has nothing to do with the people, it has everything to do with the band producing songs that have no energy. Jason gave the band energy and a creative force that fit the band that Rob does not have. It doesn't matter that it has been 10+ years since Newsted left the band, the music he is creating has energy and aggression and sadly, is better than the last 4 albums that Metallica has produced...
Orion es simplemente la pieza mas hermosa y delicada que tiene Metallica. un orgullo el dia de mañana poder decir: ¡Yo escuche Orion en vivo! Por otra parte... No me alcanzan las palabras para decir cuanto amo a esta banda... ¡¡es inexplicable!!
Let’s you know how many fans listen to Metallica and not know one person from another and do that synchronized it’s crazy. You can tell James was into it big time.

I'm so glad that Metallica has had Mr. Trujillo in the band, for the last 13 years!!! Him being in the band, is such an awesome and NATURAL addition. I absolutely LOVE Jason Newsted, the role he played, and I mean not an ounce of disrespect to Jason....but, Trujillo came along at a good time. Again, meaning no disrespect, it would've been even better, if he (Trujillo) had joined the group, immediately following Cliff's death. However, that is really an impossibility...and I get that. I'm just thinking in terms of a "perfect world". That's all. I'm just so glad that the guys are where they are, these days....and I hope that it continues for years to come. Also, I can't wait to hear what a new album from this line-up would sound like, following "Death Magnetic". I guess we all shall wait and see.... :) \m/ \m/
Comparing Metallica of today to Metallica of yesteryear must be the biggest joke in the world. Quite frankly, it's embarrassing when one considers how great they once were.

i put my headphones on and started watching and here it is 6am and cant sleep because im in concert with my favorite band moshing with my wife asleep next to me...gotta love the 4 kings and the greatest band ever hands down...

+david siles en mi opinión si Cliff hubiera vivido mas ,hubiera demostrado muchísimo de ese talento que tenia, no digo que Harris sea malo para nada,pero Cliff en poco tiempo demostró muchísimo quien sabe si hubiera vivido mas las joyas que nos hubiera dado y vuelvo a decir esto en mi humilde opinión
De los solos que hizo Cliff Burton, el de Orion es el que mas me gusta, es perfecto y Robert lo replica muy bien. Que gran canción, tuve la fortuna de estar en ese recital

wait, techincally kirk and james are monsters.. Rob is a monster too but I really think not the best even if kirk is not practicing so well but still, he's a legend of guitar
