My first concert was the one on 9/9/2023 in Phoenix. I was right next to robs gear. My hotel was right across from the stadium

The person I went with has seen them throughout the majority of this tour, and he said that those two nights in St Louis were the best he’s ever seen them play. Definitely glad I went

Yeah they were rocking! The singing on this song was epic! And not alot of phones. I was in section 109. It was an incredible 2 shows

@sethedwards8066 damn. Took you 11 years to save up to go to one concert? That sucks buddy. But it was actually my 4th and 5th time seeing metallica! I saw them in 08 omaha nebraska, 2017 des Moines,2018 Lincoln nebraska and then the 2 shows in st louis! Drove down all the way from omaha to st louis. It was fun

@@dnmoscato92 yea, people promised and dipped, promised and helped save and dipped. Both parents died (mom 4 days before my bday) becoming a father 4mo later, sleeping in my car with my family and animals for a lil bit, OVERHAULING all the hours at Amazon, it's been a trip, I've commented quite a bit on the StL posts. I just wonder if any of the band has seen the admiration and feel how much they've been my heroes growing up. From people promising, on, is the tip of the iceberg that they helped me through. But the big one being my dad gone, being a father... I adopted James' personality as a mask for what I was going through. Somewhere along the way, idk...he's Papa Het, but my kid sees me as Papa Set (funny rhyme, I guess.) I don't mean to talk a lot or annoy the band with my posts though, I have a form of Autism and it doesn't tell me when to just shut up. Some C-PTSD, telling me I should. Aye, is anyone else signed up to the Metallica phone # they got. It's like their messaging service that keeps in contact with them (I guess through this tour?) They sent me a lone text to the Harvester video of this night. Anyone else get that? Or was it just me? It was odd, it was just harvester, they posted it here and then a day later the Memory video, but they didn't send a text to the Memory video. Did anyone get that too? Or we're they being cryptic as hell with me?

Man when the tape for Day started I immediately knew what it was and got so hyped

My only wish in the future is they'd get the inflections more right, they repeat the same bars - other than that, fucking love that it's the biggest sing-along for the crowd!

Me too, in sacramento, ca at memorial auditorium, I think on 1996 or 97. They were fantastic then.

He is one of the best arrangers in music history. One thing that I never understood is if people think that he has no talent and he has no good than what he has accomplished must be pretty fucking impressive

Lars has horrible hearing damage. I am a drummer, and being able to hear what the other instruments are doing is important to having the tempo locked, yet he still plays accurately and on time.
