i guess im randomly asking but does someone know a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow lost the login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Skyler Beau i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and Im trying it out atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Indeed ... what an iconic live, one of my favorite of all time for sure. What can i say for this great intro... ! you're right, i should have done it ! Dumb sometime 💀 ... !
This is probably the best channel for covering songs with every guitar part , AMAZING TABS AND LOVE THE COMMENTS ON EACH PART , keep it up , id love to see more metallica and GNR songs
Nice, a lot of effort put into the editing, details, effects used etc, and to tab all different guitars on the same part as well, definitely helped a lot on my learning of this song
Great video! Thanks for including the amp settings for the intro, I never managed to get it to sound good before but now it sounds just like Metallica \m/
Thanks so much for this. I'm a rhythm + singer and I've been trying to learn James' acoustic parts but he seems to play it much more simplified in most of the live videos where you can see him playing. Will take a bit of practice though, as trying to play it exactly like in the recording while singing is a little tough X)
I love the videos and tutorials, they're organised, neat, and definitely my new go to. Once you're done with the Unforgiven Trilogy, can you do a video on Metallica's cover of When a Blind Man Cries?
Thank you very much for your comment , i appreciate that. And yeah what they did with Blind Man is brilliant , this one is a corner of my head for sure, so many songs to do !! 😅
Take a look in the " community section " on my page. I announced i will publish " THE UNFORGIVEN TRILOGY " so yes, the Unforgiven 3 will be released really soon. You already got The MEMORY REMAINS on my channel. I work on ONE, so ... it's coming friend.
Man, it's awesome. I noticed some notes in intro are different to the video you did some years ago. Is it other version or a correction? Greetings from Brazil.
Been watching the Mexico 1993 performance and the acoustic/nylon guitar parts shows James doing the chorus riff under Kirk differently to here. It's roughly the same notes (with the melody of the lead lick buried in) but he starts by using an A power chord on 5th-3rd strings rather than an open Am chord as the base - think The Day That Never Comes verse riff and it's a similar idea. Very strange.
You're right man, but i do it like that voluntarily, cause it sounds better and more naturally "guitar-isticly" to me on the nylon guitar (with the G open string instead of 5th fret, 4th string - and the C 1st fret, 2nd string instead of 5th fret 3rd string) In Day Never Comes he effectively starts with A5 position and play C note on 5th fret, 3rd string and i will play like this too on this one, cause on electric it doesn't the same as the nylon strings. But i think what i suggest here can be useful, by the way thanks for your nice observation man ! hope this video can be useful for you 💀 👊🏻 💀
Can I play this clean parts with a plectrum ? I realy struggling to play with my fingers Edit: By the way great job and thanks for the all of your lesson
Yeah I saw it too but there is no lesson for that and I'm only playing guitar like 6 month. I dont know how to play with plectrum without any lesson (sorry for my english)
I don't know what is " dope " but if you ask it means you like my tone. So, this is not impulse, it's analog man, real amp, real cab, real mic, i'm old school guy 💀 👊🏻 💀 Check out the end of the video and video description for gear used. I also made video demo on my ESP KH 2 with all my pedals, amp, cab, settings etc... it could be interesting for you if you're looking these informations. Let's have a look and let me your feedback.
Right, i did that one in the past, but i thought i could make better, with my new way to do video, new gear ... also increase the quality of transcription and playing i think ... ^-^ - I re made my old ones (sandman, sad but true, wherever) to be very satisfied and make you guys happy ! 💀
Do you speak for the chords behind the solo or do you speak for the licks ? Cause at this time it's about the guitar solo. And if you want to speak about the chords, you have what play James in the section after.
What you see on the TAB is exactly what Kirk plays on the record. But the beat 2 is not so easy to be in the " groove " cause it's not mechanical thing. And the first (19) on beat 3, he adds a micro bend / bluesy kind of stuff.
@@JulienMENARD if you can, please later start doing pantera, you will get tons of views, cause few did songs like floods, the sleep, 5 minutes alone, cowboys from hell, cemetery gates, domination etc etc
You did the solo wrong 😂 and the tab is literally the other way 😂 I slowed the vidio down, you’re not doing what the tab is saying I actually just learned looking at your fingers and it sounded the same, the tab is literally wrong 3:49 😂 I can’t believe no one really noticed it
James doesn't play the same thing on verse and on solo. this sure 100% Watch the videos during the Black Album recording or any live footage. Verse is one riff. Guitar solo is another riff. By the way what we call " the official book " is wrong on these 2 topic. wrong transcription for verse and wrong transcription for guitar solo riff. That's why i do this kind of video friend.
@@JulienMENARD this riff is 100% on the studio version, he plays the same riff without the bend on 4th, but if you are saying he doesn’t do it in live version when yes you are right, not sure which off both you covered
First It cannot exactly the same, cause in solo, James plays some dead notes to accentuate the rhythmic feel of the playing, in verse, there is some pal mute on E and A string. Secondly we don't hear the 5ths of chords you think he plays in the verse, just the open strings (with the melody on the other string) it means he plays exactly like he always do live and in the studio back in the day they record the black album (watch One year and Half videos, you will see by yourself) And finally in solo riff you have a C5. You don't hear it in verse (only the bass plays C note) I think you can trust my work, i study carefully all the details. But it's nice to share some point of view.
@@JulienMENARD that might help ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5M9lEoQFJ6U.html&ab_channel=MegaTallica, so the verse is a combination of ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-39r8wANh130.html and ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-39r8wANh130.html, then on solo he does that tiny bend ending.
We need James : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DX0t0SVjIW4.html from 2:58 to 3:04 Maybe on the record he played another track just the melody to accentuate it. but the initial riff is like i do on the video based on what James does of course.
Thanks for posting! If you have a minute, we uploaded an Eddie Van Halen tribute video. As fellow music fans, we'd love if you'd check it out. It's on our channel. Don't be too tough on us :)
