I was there both nights. Went to Liseberg on saturday, the "day off", to get my rollercoaster fix. An awesome weekend! For some reason I listened to this song much around the time i lost my grandpa. So hearing this tune always reminds me of him. Thank you 'Tallica, for the tunes that got me through both lows and highs in life!

This 1959 Les Paul Stan­dard played by Peter Green and Gary Moore and now Kirk sounds just like heaven. Glad he’s playing with it instead of putting it in a museum.

Kirk Hammett was one fire, on the entire Puppets album. Bad ass solos, slow solos, powerful riffs.

One of the best versions of this song in these past years. Even lars sounds good (or not to bad)!

It still blows my mind that I saw this band at an all ages show in a small nightclub in Colorado Springs on my 15th birthday. March 4th, 1985. Armored Saint opened. A lot of kids back then would trade (poorly dubbed) tapes via the classified ads in metal underground ‘zines. It was like pen pals for metal heads. We’d dub some obscure band onto a tape and send it to someone and you’d get one back. Someone sent me No Life Till Leather and it was all over. Instant fan. After AJFA it felt like they were getting too commercial for my taste. But I’m 53 now and they became the biggest band in the world. They’re a ghost of the pure anger and fury of the old days, but goddamn it, here they still are and I’m grateful for that.

Wow! I have seen and heard many live versions of this song in person over the years but they are really on form here. One of the best live versions I have seen and it is 2023 😱

The sound quality is just fabulous! All instruments are in point. And James's voice is getting better over time. But the most important thing is the energy and the joy the band is delivering. You can see it in everyone's audience eyes. In my opinion, they are the GOAT, hands down.
