Another Metallica track, this time Wherever I May Roam! 🤘 Song link; • Metallica - Wherever I... Got a song suggestion, comment below 🤘😎 #DaveDissects #Metallicareaction #WHEREVERIMAYROAM
Absolutely! How this song doesn't fet nearly as much credit and recognition than it deserves, I don't know. Easily, the best off the Black Album, if not top 3!
Bob Rock is a great producer. He knows his craft. And for all the shit he gets for suppossedly ruining Metallica is unwarranted. Metallica created the Black Album Bob finalized it. Not mention that album made Metallica rich.
The Black Album has such amazing guitar work. There isn’t much thrash any more but Metallica perfected thrash and then moved on. The guitars all sound so phenomenal on the Bob Rock albums. Every song on Black Album is worth listening to.
Thats my favorite one of metallica, maybe not the most complex but the most aunthentic, when this came out was the No. 1 Track in metal and rocks songs, 1991!
I just love this song, for years it's been my most favorite.. but recently I've discovered that I don't really have a most favorite Metallica song because they are all just amazing. It really depends on how you feel at the moment. Recently my mood is towards "No leaf clover" and "one".
Hey Dave, You’re doing a great job with your Metallica reactions. Keep it going strong ! Here’s some of that useless trivia you enjoy... In addition to his normal bass track, Jason also used a 12 string bass to create those “pop” accents sounds at 0:49 and 0:57. I always thought that sounded very unique. Thanks for keeping it real.
So there were multiple subs including myself that have requested Pantera. Trust me when I tell you this. Anyone that likes Metallica likes Pantera. They are heavier and different however beloved by many in the metal genre. They are what is called "groove" metal. Their songs you can get up and dance, sing and head bang to. They are the shit and like I said 9/10 anyone who likes Metallica likes Pantera. Good songs to introduce you to them would be "Cowboys from Hell", "Cemetary Gates", "Revolution is my Name", Domination live Moscow 1991". That's the same concert Metallica was at when you reacted to the live Creeping Death vid. I'm not trying to be pushy I just want to share some more greatness for you to discover. Ask anyone here if they love Metallica if they don't love Pantera as well, go ahead, ask them. Give them a try, like I said they are different but none the less greatness just waiting for your ears. Many of their songs are completely different so give them a chance. "Cowboys from Hell" would be a good starting point. Hope you will take me up on this! Tysvm!🎧🎶🎵🎼🎤🔊🎥👍
I'm pretty sure this song is about being a ghost roaming the earth. If you read back the lyrics with that in mind, it makes sense. I could be wrong but the last line gives it away: "my body lies but still I roam".
Kill'em all, Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets are the Metallica's best albums. And Justice for all and Black Album don't have a fundamental component: Cliff Burton. Again here my friend, its very nice see your reactions! As always, I'm here following your videos. From Colombia, I send you a hug. PD: When Slayer? Up the irons!
