Mate i just did it all - but after unlocking metamask wallet and changing password succesfully - my funds are gone???? EDIT: had to import then tokens to be shown. mate. you are a legend, lifesaver!!!

I know only password , I don't know seed phase , and i put a password in my wallet to unlock , and its shows json parse error , unrecognised token , what i do next ?

So when I typed my special words and changed the password my account was empty! I’ve had a bit of ETH and some NFTs and now the account is completely wiped with no transactions nor anything

Have you entered the 12 words in the same sequence? Try connecting to a different internet or VPN? Check different accounts in Metamask, add account to load accounts.

If you have your seed phrases backed up, you are fine. For safety, first import your wallet into another device, verify your balances and ONLY then reset old wallet.
