Love the New IP..its honestly too early to speculate..atlus has grown so much since its shine megami tensei. Its really not easy to move forward that IP..

First let me say this, this game has been announced since 2017 after p5 released, it was called "project fantasy" as a place holder name, but active development started in 2019 according to the director in a recent interview, and second this game is made by the original persona team the one who did p3 and 4 and 5, the new persona games that just released and p5 spin off are not made by him and the old team, like p3R it made by the new persona team the ones who is gonna take helm of the series from here on out, this game is made by hashino as we know the original director of the series a long side the characters designer soejima and the composer shoji meguro, and this game will be the last game for shoji meguro as he is retiring after this, so future atlus projects and future persona games he will not do the music for them, we are entering a new era now, new talent will handle the persona games and this game will be the last game be made by the original team, tho I am sure we will be getting a sequel for this game if it gets successful as atlus wanted to be there 3rd rpg piller alongside SmT and persona.
