So the gimmick is that the boss starts at 3 press turns and gains up to 7 press turns but stops there? Any other special rules?

I wish i could just edit my Savefile to NG+. Even Skipping all the Cutscene it is sooooo boring to do an almost 100% Run just for the Superboss.....only to get 1 shottet on regicide first Turn.

Did you use a mod to get a Regicide without NG+? I tried to start a fresh file on PS5 after beating the game and I can only do Regicide on my NG+ file.

I hex edited my save to change it to regicide. See the description. This means it sadly isn't available for console players.

One thing I'd like to check: Does Hulkenberg Counter/Magic Counter and Omni Counter stack? Are there two rolls for an incoming attack to be reflected?

I don't think it does. I actually tried stacking Omni-Counter and Magic Counter in my full power final boss video and Magic Counter never triggered on any of the repels, it always showed Omni-Counter.
