spotify: metaroom.fanli... soundcloud: / temptation-stairway-wa... bandcamp: themetaroom.ba... social media: / themetaroom / themetaroom big shoutout to Joel G for reaching out to me for this project!
Good shit my guy, digging it. The aesthetic use of the bass is what makes this music really good. It's kind of a fake silence with the hisses and that also makes it great too.
This song makes me think of a lot of things that I like, so it makes me happy despite the tune being slightly dark. I really like the transition from that bouncy little tune to just this spacey crazy vibe, really adds depth to the song.
I literally heard a note in a video game and went, "wait a minute. That sounds like the first note in Temptation Stairway," and I wAs rIgHT and I don't even have perfect pitch, what-
I notice that the title calls this a waltz version. Now that Temptation Stairway is out, I noticed a song that has several similarities to this playing during the chase at the start. Is this actually a remix of that song released before that song was?
@Eren Yıldırım dude oxygen is the BEST, you literally have to pay up carbon dioxide and dihydrogen monoxide(your body can also make small amounts of water through cellular respiration, still recommended to drink water since the amount made with cellular respiration is insufficient) to something with chloroplast, WHICH your body can automatically produce, and let me tell you, oxygen is THE BEST! Especially Dihydrogen monoxide.
It sounds like.. a song that would play when you're trying to escape somewhere that's perfect and has everything you'd ever need, like you're defying that world's laws of physics by wanting to leave and trying to escape. So the world distorts and the music distorts leading to this as you frantically try to leave a place you thought was perfect.
This song feels like a Kirby game's final boss theme. It's bouncy, whimsical and cosmic, but also dark and deranged under the surface. I discovered your work through ENA, and I'm loving it. Thank you for extending this song.
I'm surprised to learn that this song was only the bit from the trailer. This tune is more than deserving of a full version, and I'm so stoked you made one!
@@kubotheinconsideratefool4208 Certainly. I'd recommend a lesser known project that Jack was a part of, a band called Zaki. Pretty sure they've only made one album, also titled Zaki. It's a very different sound from Jack's other work, but it's just as good in my opinion. Personal favorite tracks are "No" and "Oopsie Go Wrong"
"fashionable anxiety" "kinda feelin’ like I’m waltzing with my worst memories." "cursed ballroom" Imagine yourself in a large room with everyone dancing traditional waltz. Nothing out of the ordinary until the distortion at 0:08, their faces go blank and their forms distort for a second. the fear and suspense build up in you until 0:17. the room has gone dark and the forms are moving faster but their bodies shift at the same speed as before. 0:25 the room's dim lights pulsate and the walls are spinning. The rest of the song is you struggling to stay standing while everytime you bump into a figure, a painful/cringy memory flashes before your eyes and you fall to the floor, room still spinning. There is no escape, and the process repeats itself. Song is so f*cking good pls never stop.
Maaaannnn. Ena is definitely another one of those things that REALLY inspires me to art, but like I don’t do or like making animation so I kinda got all these ideas and nothing to do with them XD
Expectation: ENA WILL BE KIDNAPPED AND DRIVEN TO INSANITY NOOOOOOO Reality: ooOOH no no no NO NO 🤢🤢🤢💥🌊 I CAN'T GO ONNN I WON'T ACHIEVE ANYTHING. SOMEONE, PLEASE END MY SUFFERIIIIII- **inaudible cries**
i remember i was listening to this for the first time yesterday and i was literally shaking with excitement. this song really didn’t disappoint :))) thank you for making a full version!!!
The Stars glitters the night sky with its beautiful colors, how each and every one of them shine in their own way. Some are brighter than others, some are barely holding out: regardless, each star always dream something great. Some dream about wanting to be a baker, Some wanting to be the center of the universe, but many just want to shine. Sadly, it's your job to pull them away, for you are a black hole, destroyer of Stars and Dreams.
Strange since most centers of galaxies are black holes themselves. I like to imagine that black holes both hold, and destroy things... As if they both could destroy and rupture the balance of life, and yet tie it all together. The very cores of galaxies themselves, I like to think.
Not gonna lie, I started crying when I was listening to this?? This song genuinely makes me so happy that it made me burst into tears. Thank you so much for making a full version of it 😔🙏
I’ve come back to read this comment so many times and it brings me so much raw emotion - I love how everyone in this section most likely knows nothing about anyone else here but we’re all brought together by this absolute banger 👌 I hope you have a good life amigo X
Song / show quote In a world of his own unlike ours, Ena was in a joyful day as all her days were. Then one day, everything changed. Ena went down to a place that wasn’t where she’d been before. What Ena didn’t know was that she had made a wrong turn. Once she went down there, Ena cried all her tears out. But no one could hear her Not even herself. She lost her color, and covered her face in fear. Then, she saw something down there that she’d not seen before at all. That something she saw would change her life forever.
This has me interested, i think the pronoun switch is cool too!, this whole story is soo rad, i can see it, this made my day so much, i like your thinking, very very smart, i can see this being in the episode, Joel take note!!!, this gets a like from me cheif!!!
the actual temptation stairway is pRobably deep af looking at the trailer, but it’d be funny if ena fell down an actual staircase in a peter griffin pose
This song sounds nostalgic, but I don't know where I would hear it from.. I only recently watched ena. This sounds like something i heard as a little kid.. I just cant seem to put my finger on it..
Kai was just playing in her room playin till the room glitched (0:08) kai was confused considering she was just sleeping or it was her idea till the room started switching to cursed memories she did (0:17) she went crazy and all of those flashing memories because disturbing pictures of her family the the room started glitching alot and more faster. Each memory had her dizzy due to the amount of glitches per second (0:25) and realized that she was in a dream alive. She saw such a disturbing background saying wake up 1000 times. She died in that dream forced by gravity to grab a knife and kill herself. When she woke up she was in another world [her dream] (1:43) She was never found by her parents since.. (to be continued)
ENA's world feels like that moment when you enter a battle in Chrono Cross where the cool fade in comes in with serene music and there's odd pauses between movements when you select attack because it takes time to set up the next animation.
0:00 I feel like I'm a seagull at a carnival eating little food scraps on the ground as people walk past in the middle of the night. 0:17 I then turn into a child. It's pitch black outside, and I'm playing any game I see in my sight as I stuff my face with candy while my mom yells at me for buying so much. 0:53 I then turn into a pelican and fly across the sea calmly as it turns into a bright sunny day. Children below point at the sky as they see me fly away into the vast ocean sky. 1:10 I dive down into the water while turning into a colorful glow in the dark squid. I then realize I'm swimming downwards into an infinite pool of green number code in the dark. 0:27 I then transition into a 8-bit video game character while I jump out of the water in slow-motion. I'm fighting off weird creatures like aliens and zombies with a gun. 1:44 I then wake up in a carnival, realizing my hell it starting again.
idk anything about ena but my friend put me on you bc i like teddylloid and i'm hooked. idk why but this song sounds like what i imagine falling in love would be like. a very unassuming and gentle step into something new then suddenly it's a fast-paced adrenaline inducing free-falling clusterfuck into something heavenly that makes your mind go brrrrr. it's a little overwhelming and scary but the way it scratches your brain is nice and leaves you wanting more. tldr i stan
@@xylonus ???? Just because a song goes viral on an app doesn’t ruin the song. You should be glad if it gets big on tiktok because then a lot more people will get to listen to this absolutely amazing song
