**MetaShoot is becoming Atlux λ!! Available also for UE5.3 atlux.ai
MetaShoot™ is a digital twin of a photo studio, developed as a plugin for Unreal Engine that gives any creator the ability to produce highly realistic renders in the easiest and quickest way.
It includes lighting and render presets, a simplified render interface, a 360 Camera / HDRI Maker, and 14 ultra-realistic interactive assets to create your own virtual photo studio.
Created and fully developed by Valle - Jorge Valle Hurtado, founder of VINZI.

Looks nice That can work with different colorSpace? Like AcesCG for example?

Thanks for your question! I haven't personally worked with AcesCG, so I can't answer exactly, but if it's something that you can enable normally in Unreal Engine, you should be able to work with it in MetaShoot as well. 1:20 When I get here, the window that opens wants me to register an account and login. That's an added layer of DRM and UX hassle that I wasn't aware of when I purchased it, and means that we probably won't deploy it in our studio (we're already paying Epic for an engine installer that doesn't require an account or the launcher).

Thanks for your question! I have just sent you a message via Discord, but I'll reply here as well in case someone else has the same concern: The registration system allows me to restrict accounts that haven't purchased it from the EPIC Marketplace, but if you have done it you can pass the plugin around your studio and simply create multiple users. The plugin comes with a file inside that lets me know on login if someone is using it from the Marketplace or from "pirate" sites so I can take measures. EPIC doesn't provide security against this so I had to program it myself as that registration/login system. Apologies for not having updated the Demo video yet, I am working on the new one these days as there are many new features and functionalities that were not included when this video was made. Very nice plugin; love it so much! Just noticed that emissive shaders do not work in the studio. The light from the emissive shader doesn't affect the studio background surface and even the object's surface itself. What might the problem be? I tried to create a new map without MetaShoot Studio - and all works well - the light is affecting the surfaces normally. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out about it and apologies for the very late reply! MetaShoot is becoming Atlux λ and there has been a lot of work to be done so communications are slow at the moment. We have fixed this issue in the new plugin - the problem with MetaShoot was that the lights were set up to be way brighter than the standard lights in UE, so emissive materials would look like they were not glowing. This has been fixed in the new plugin: atlux.ai/

Hey Vinzi, I have a specific problem and I need your advice: I want to make an image of my object, but it has a very reflective material. The result doesnt look good, I guess its because it reflects the light way too much. Do you have an advice on how to solve this issue with the help of Metashoot? I know its because of the material of my object. I heard that polarization lights can help here, does Metashoot have that option?

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Something that can help might be reducing the bloom intensity (either in the DSLR Camera or the MetaShoot_PostProcess actor) so the reflective material doesn't "blind" the camera that much. Love this, this is fantasic. Can we export entire studio scene as USD file and import it to Omniverse? Does it work?

Thanks for your feedback! I haven't tried that myself, but it should work for the 3D models at least. Not sure if the light information will be easily exported that way though, you might have to redo that part in Omniverse. For now MetaShoot is focused on Unreal Engine, but I might look in the future at making it compatible with other engines. Cheers! Valle

Hi Valle, I'm relatively new to Unreal and I'm interested in creating a project that includes videos with Metahuman animations using control Rig. As a beginner, I'm looking for ways to simplify the process. I'm wondering if MetaShoot can help with creating these videos. I really like what I've seen from MetaShoot and the studio so far.

Hi Steve! Thanks for reaching out ☺ MetaShoot can help you set up the render settings, the lighting and the rendering itself, without having to use the Movie Render Queue. For custom animations like the one you describe of the MetaHuman you have to create your own Level Sequence and put it as the Custom Level Sequence in the MetaShoot interface. Please note that for MetaHumans to work well with RayTracing (which is the render engine that MetaShoot uses), you will need to modify the materials in the eyes to not turn black. I have created a post about it in the FAQ channel of MetaShoot's Discord: discord.gg/tmME9CY9BB I hope this helps. If you need any guidance please reach out. Hi..I've hearing about this for a couple of days and today I had the chance to check out. At first I thought it was an inbuilt feature but now I've found it out I have to buy it...Anyway, is there a way to render asset in wireframe mode? I know Unreal, Triangulates assets but is it possible to render in Quads? I hate to take assets to Maya and render all over again with Arnold.

Thanks for your comment! I don't know any way currently to render quads in Unreal Engine. As you mention, UE triangulates meshes when importing them so the info for the quads is gone. I'll let you know if I can find a solution for that! Cheers, Valle

have you guys considered a donation model of income? your putting up a hard pay wall for people like me that simply cant afford this and its robbing many the opertunity of getting into hte field. if the plugin was free and i was able to use it to make money, i would deffenetly donate once i actually had income. if your product is really good then people would love to donate and give back.@@atlux-lambda

Hello why can't I install your plugin? it's simply not in the search. and on the site the inactive button Not for sale is lit, but it cannot be pressed. my version is 5.2.1

Thanks for your question! In one of the latest updates of MetaShoot I added a Custom Level Sequence field to render custom animations straight from MetaShoot's interface. I am releasing a new update this weekend with a bunch of new functionalities including Save/Load custom presets, Custom rendering samples, and the Mac version. Thanks for your feedback. MetaShoot has never been free and I haven't made it look like so at any point - its current price is $249.99 USD. Apologies if that caused any confusion, but I believe that it is more than a fair price for what the plugin offers. Since the release of this demo video many new features have been added to the plugin and I am working on making a new demo for all of them.
