I'll be the first to admit I never thought we would ever get to this point. And it sucks because it just validates all the haters who say the artwork sucks and how its a pump and dump and all that. Even if neither of those ended up being true. Just bad management and a huge list of terrible decisions. And now them actively seeming to not care at all.

I hear a lot of mixed things about FaB. But tbf it's usually people outside of it talking trash and then people that are into it hyping it up, so it's always hard to really judge. I have never actually played the game. I have watched it played and thought it looked pretty cool. Coming from an MMO player I like the fact you have armor and weapons. If I ever felt like diving into a game to play that would probably be the one I would try. That or Grand Archive. I just have a hatred for James White that I'm not sure I will ever get over. Maybe if I met the dude in person, but I have heard stories from others who were big into it and some of them say he's pretty ego driven and kinda smug so idk.

The more and more damage that happens is just chipping away at the ones that would come back. Definitely worrying

Haha, yeah it's a shame I can't get involved in those comments anymore. I used to have a lot of fun debating with people and calling others idiots. I suppose I could log into another account but it's just not the same. In hindsight there was a ton of red flags with MetaZoo. Ofc I'm not one to say I didn't see them as I was calling a lot of them out very early on. I just chose to continue to stick around because I genuinely love what it was and what it could have become.

Well Andy is sleeping with one of the artists, and cut the pay of the others. He cut the other arts out of conversations. It was said it was invite only, but the artist he is dating is the only one who gets to go to all of them.

That’s just a fun element to the cards. Just like MTG you can have many different formats and one of them can have all of those 4th wall effects turned off. I don’t know why so many people instantly judge them off of that.

Well it’s one thing for a card you spent 5 bucks on not to moon but I feel you have a right to trash it when you spent 500 bucks or 5000 bucks and its not even worth half that now. And the sole reason isn’t even because the game itself is necessarily bad or that people don’t like the characters or story, but rather just poor management and decision making. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I didn’t treat it as an investment. I have spent over 10000 dollars on MZ and have sold maybe 1 thing in the last 3 years. Yeah I was holding onto product for the future but I am an avid collector and flopped from just being an investor very early on. I literally only own 5 boxes of CN1, 7 NightFall, and 4 NFT Wilderness. I wasn’t Rudy out here with thousands of cases. And here I am when everybody says the game is dead still spending hundreds on slabs of all the cards I love. And I’m even in the process of learning how to play it on the Cryptid Clash client. But sure, I killed this game 🤦‍♂️

@@TriWaZe He reminds me of a politician when they say things like "There are more doctors employed than ever in history" without acknowledging that it means nothing because of the population increasing. Rudy's equivalent is "Native holds strong at $100 A box" without talking about the fact that the sell through rate is awful. He then finally acknowledged the sell through rate as soon as the relationship went sour. Also saying repeatedly for the last year that FAB has been one of his best sellers but then changing to "the boxes barely sell" recently. It's starting to look like FAB cut him loose at the right time. Who wants a partner who will go full scorched earth the first time you have a disagreement?

Much appreciated. I definitely plan on following up with more videos in the near future. There's a lot going on right now and the content creator space is massively lacking.

Don’t leave. A revelation just happened. It’s been confirmed that Andy was the cause of all the artists leaving and now were wondering if Mike was even the one banning people in the first place. Maybe we all hated on him for no reason. We can only hope they will give him the boot so MZ can move forward
