I agree.. I've been making kefir, reuteri yogurt, eating fermented foods while taking herbs to cure IMO. Many dress DR SAY no probiotics while treating and only use after. Thanks for sharing your story

Thank you for detailed video. Worst on IMO is relapse. What do you think it's good to go for rotating antimicrobials like 2-3 rounds in a row and then probiotics? Seems that one row 6 weeks was not enough for me. Thank you :-)
If I wanted to use allicin and oregano for example, how would I combine them? Since you talked about rotation. So like 1 month allicin next month oregano for example or how exactly would you recommend?
