Love you Elki!!! I've made many of these Easy Spring Plus Roman shades. I learned some new tricks from your "SIMPLIFIED" method! ...it really helped me!
Elki, you are great! You are so clear about everything and it seems so simple when you do it, but we are having such a hard time trying to detach the rail from the mounting board for install of our roman shades. We are pressing on the tiny clear button on the back of the shade and your’s seem to pop right off, but ours feel like they are locked in place or something, not budging AT ALL no matter what we try. Can you provide any insight/tips to release the rail from the board? Thank you!!
I wound the spring exactly like you did in the video and the stop broke instantly.....the spring would unwind completely each time I would wind it ....I tried a new spring and did not wind it until completely tight ...I just went a little short of tight and then it caught hold....could have been a defective spring...
