Please DO NOT post in the comments saying "The racetrack can't be added cuz of BNSF licensing" or "DTG does not have a Metra license". I know. This video is simply just a wild dream. But I just had to cover Metra eventually.
i believe they have licenses because they have amtrak, csx, and other licences saying they could use the same assets. so i believe this could be possible plus they have metra and bnsf in train simulator

Oh by the way what I would recommend in TSW2 is that they add the Metra EMD F40PHs and the freight trains first and then a few months later add the MP36phs, the F59PHIs and the switchers next because that’s what they did for Peninsula Corridor.
it would make cense to ad Amtrak on the bnsf line in tsw3 as a loco with the sc44 and have an mpcu on some trains and amflit cars horizon car and vencher cares
6:38 the ones that Caltrain Uses are Amerail and Metra use them too there similar to the nyppon sharyo they have little windows but they still look circular and the older are budd cars
Yeah I was going off of an older timetable. When I was researching for this video, Metra was still running on a limited COVID schedule, so I used a 2016 timetable to get the most services
The weekday schedule before 2020 had one train in each direction out of all the trains make every stop. The recent schedule effective 2022 has 4 inbounds and 5 outbound making every stop
