How to change the Metrash 2 service (Direct call & SMS ) to the New Number ??. bcz Direct call is going to the previous number, its not changed in the system.

You already registered in Metrash with another number. Please send from registered phone or resend the request after changing your phone using MOI websiteএর সমাধান কি
If not registered your number, you can use smart card for national address registration or submit application manually in any immigration service center... thanks
I am unable to login in metrash 2 because I was already registered my previous number but that number is blocked and that number is taken by another person and I want to register with new mobile number but when I send message with new number to 92992 it say you have already registered with another number

Once u pressed forgot password then u have to enter expiry of your qid then enter wait for pin code would be 2 sections Part 1 & part 2 So by entering that underneath There will be two columns for You to create your own password but it won’t say as password it shows as CHOOSE PIN SO ENTER YOUR DESIRED NUMBER IN BOTH THE SPACE THEN YOU ARE WILL BE LOGGED IN 👍

Thanks for asking...check your number is registered in ooredoo under your Qatar ID...if ok, you can register the same number in Metrash2.. follow the instructions of this video...
