Hi, thanks for all the information. I have a question; when I'm editing my video in for example instagram I can't download it with music, right? So I can't schedule the video with a song from instagram? If I'm editing in for example Capcut, I can put music in but not the viral music from instagram or tiktok. I search forever on Google and RU-vid but I can't find any solution. Or maybe this is a stupid question, I'm sorry I'm just starting😂
Hello! Not a stupid question at all! Currently, 3rd party tools are limited by the platform APIs when it comes to trending audio so there is a bit of workaround! You have a few options, you can either upload with the audio already attached and then once it's uploaded, usually IG can detect the audio and if they find it, they will automatically add it to the respective sound page. However this isn't always guaranteed. Your other option is to set the posting to a "manual" publish and choose to receive a push notification at the time of publishing where the content will be downloaded to your phone and then you can go into the native app and add in the trending audio as a finishing touch!
There are a few things you can try! You can first try just uploading your videos with the sound already attached in our planner. Oftentimes, Instagram will recognize the sound and add it to the respective sound page. You can also schedule to send you a push notification so you can upload your video, caption, hashtags, etc, and at the time of posting, you will get a push notification to upload and you can add your sound in as a finishing touch on the social platform.@@wifimoneywithjoanna.

Are you able to schedule your posts if you have a Creator Account? I saw an older video from an influencer who said this feature is not available with Metricool if you have a Creator account but is available if you have a Business account.
Yes, you are able to schedule with a creator account now! There are a few limitations for example with autopublishing stories on a creator account on IG but you can auto publish just about everything else. :)
No problem! Yes, reels and regular IG posts are good to go. With stories, since auto-publishing is a newer addition to the API, they haven't quite added auto-publishing for Creator accounts just yet but we hope in the near future!
