He's a world class Piper, but there's a chirping sound that I've never heard the pipes make before.

Even so, he did place first in piobaireachd at this event.

I keep hearing that chirping on every video that was filmed, recorded at this venue, it must be reverb bouncing off the walls and ceiling or faulty recording equipment.
