Moonee Ponds station, on the Craigieburn line in Melbourne's inner north west, was originally opened in 1860 as part of a private railway line to Essendon. The current station building on platform 1 was provided in 1882 and the two side platforms are connected on each end by pedestrian subways. A level crossing on the busy Puckle Street sits at the up end of the station. This video shows some Comeng Metro trains and the one Siemens train stopping at the station around midday on a Saturday as well as V/Line VLocity and Sprinter trains passing through. Also on this particular day Steamrail Victoria ran their “Essendon Steam Shuttles” with locomotives D3 639 and A2 986, both over 100 years old, in push pull formation with heritage E-type carriages. D3 639 was on its first mainline run since 2017 and we see this train a few times in this video
