so on Wednesday last week I lost my phone.. when it didn't turn up by Friday I went to Metro to purchase another one.. when I got there I was told I could not buy another phone because I didn't know the 8-digit security pin that Metro changed on my account without notifying me. only a regional manager could change it so I requested that one come out and do it for me. when they called him his name was Matt. he told me to come to another store on Monday today in order for him to do it. now I've been with Metro for 20 years and I found this to be unacceptable but I didn't see why I had to wait 3 days and go to another store so that I was convenient for someone else so that I could purchase a phone. finally, I agreed to it. listen to what I told Matt when he showed up 20 minutes late today...
