@@klausthedog9670 well people surely not pay for parking in both in Downtown Minneapolis and St Paul lot of people depend on public transportation I take bus to commute and work both Downtown Minneapolis and St Paul for sporting events I sure am not going to drive 30 mins a day both directions for work and pay for parking. each day you got be stupid besides most people wouldn't like that 1 bit
