This entire series is seriously underviewed. These insanely well produced reviews have views in mere hundreds?? That's a downright shame. Do share these on Reddit and such! I feel like your channel is just waiting for that big break before it skyrockets! Supremely well done stuff. Liked and subbed.

Thank you so much for the extremely kind comment, it means a lot to me! Admittedly, I'm not too great on the social side of social media, so I don't share things on places like Reddit anywhere near as much as I should (I did just share the playlist on r/Metroid so thanks for the suggestion!)

@@PugHoofGaming Yeah unfortunately if someone just publishes a video on RU-vid it's like a single drop of water in an ever-growing ocean. Marketing and kinda pushing it through to necessary channels is definitely required. But it's a game of exponentials! Success attracts more success and what not. After these initial growing pains I'm sure you'll do great! Your content is seriously of top notch quality without a shred of a doubt. The RU-vid algorithm just favours already viral videos to the actual good stuff.

I didn’t really like this Metroid game. On paper it looked great, but I got about 80% of the way through it before stopping and just never going back to it. I didn’t like how it felt. Not sure exactly why, probably a combination of the counter, the free aim, and it being 30fps for what’s effectively a 2D platformer. I just wanted to play it using the d pad, I’m not a fan of 2D platform games that dictate you using the analogue stick. I don’t remember much of the environments, other than them being bland and I struggled to navigate the world which I never have an issue with on other Metroid games. I’ve not played Dread yet, and I wonder how I’ll find it. It definitely looks better than this, and being 60fps should make it feel better. But it’s made by the same people and has the counter and free aim, and mandates the use of the analogue stick again, so we’ll see.
