Metrolink 865 and UP 1996 meet @ Sierra Hwy. #2 Palmdale Ca. 

Here is a shot you don't get every day. Metrolink F59PH # 865 is pulling up to the Palmdale Metrolink Station with train 201 at around 8:15 in the morning. As it comes to a halt, You can hear another horn out in the distance. Once the Metrolink stops, I pan down the other side of the tracks, You can see a freight train approaching. Once it gets closer, you can see that it is UP 1996 hauling the ZBRLC, he must have been waiting for Metrolink to clear the line so he could continue to Vincent Grade where he will most likely go in the hole waiting for Metrolink again. The Metrolink train starts back up on its way to Lancaster as the freight is ending. Enjoy!!!!!
