The aura part of MoM stays active even after you use it so that's why it was still lit up. You need to go down for it to start counting hits again and for the aura reading to stop.
Yeah i love JRM but I wouldn't really recommend his channel for tips on how to loop etc 😅 would recommend his channel overall though its very fun. welcome to dbd hope the matchmaking gods look over you and you don't run into too many toxic people
It doesn't work if the person is Exposed, does it ? It'd be nice if it counted at those times too since you are truly protecting them by taking that hit.
Damn thanks man I requested this a week ago and here it is, you are awesome. I run MoM Break Out and sabotage and dead hard when playing with my friends just for fun
you chose the worse time to make a value video on this perk its literally at its lowest two hits to activate then you literally cant heal, do gens, heal anyone else, pick anyone else up or breath because it'll deactivate and not to mention the fact that it only works 50% of the time and that's being generous and whats with the fact that sometimes its 2 hits and other times its 3 hits make up ur mind BHVR
btw Jimmy if you take the hit with mettle till you go down he can see your aura 12/14/16 meters away from where you are.AGain PERMENTALy till you go down
bro the fact ur on mom value rn, im new to dbd on PC so im still leveling survivors for perks and Ash is my next prestiege. I hope you help me understand the perk a bit better cause im an olderrrr console player. I wanna que w u sometime :>>
Ngl, Mettle of Man feels like way too much work for too little reward. Needing to take 3 protection hits just to get an extra free hit doesn't seem worth it tbh, especially since it reveals your aura to the killer too.
After you get 3 stacks of mettle, itnis active and when you take a hit it gets ignored but is still activated and when you get fully healed your aura will be exposed to the killer unless you are within 18 meters, when you go down and you can get another 3 stacks
There were four perks at play, three of which granted the endurance status effect under different situations. The endurance status effect prevents damage while it is active, you can see it is active by a circular yellow timer with a silhouette of a person's upper body that appears on the right side of the screen. The three perks were Mettle of Man, Dead Hard, and Off the Record. Mettle of Man grants the endurance status effect after taking protection hits for your team mates. Dead Hard grants you endurance when you press the ability button while injured, (the reason you hear JRM say "E".) Off the Record grants endurance for a lengthened time after being unhooked. Also, all characters get endurance for a few seconds after being unhooked, Off the record just extends the window of time that the effect is active.
