Mewa Paak
Take a Kadhai and add
1/2 Cup - Ghee
Heat the Ghee and add
1/3 Cup - Gond
Add little little Fry Properly and Keep aside
In Same ghee add
1/2 Cup - Cashews
And Fry lightly and Keep aside
In Same Ghee add
1/2 Cup - Almomds
Fry properly then keep aside
1/4 Cup - Raisins
Fry Little then add keep aside
In Same Ghee add
1 Cup - Makhana
Fry Little then add
1 Cup - Desiccated Coconut
Roast little then add
1/4 Cup - Magajtari Beej
Roast Properly and then add
2 tbsp - Poppy Seeds ( Remove 1/2 tbsp and Keep aside )
Roast little and Close the Flame
Take a Pan and add
1+1/2 Cup - Sugar
1/2 Cup - Water
And Make 1 String Consistency
Take a Chopper and Chop the Fried Dry Fruits
( Gond , Cashew , Almonds )
Makhana Also same like that Crush them in Chopper
Take the above things in the Bowl and add
1+1/2 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Fried Raisins
Mix Everything Properly
In 1 String Chasni add above Mixture and Mix Properly
Take 7 by 9 Tin and add above Mixture Level it
Then Sprinkle Desiccated Coconut and Little Ghee , Level Properly
Set For 6 to 7 Hours , then Cut and Serve
