Awesome guide, thanks for the mention. Something of note about training drills that you need to have the CPU's set to forward smash, because it allows you to make sure the footstool is true as charging F smash is frame 1. You will get a phantom footstool if you are not fast enough.
Love this guide! What about making a nair guide? I know there is a lot of follow ups and combos with nair but trouble knowing which side opponents pop out and I miss all my follow ups. The guide can also go over edge guarding with nair?
I really wish I could do this. I have been trying to pull this off for almost an hour now and I have only gotten it to work maybe once or twice on accident. I guess I will have to keep working on it but for now I am just. So frustrated.
I have a lot of trouble trying to get footstools out of shield. I play Mewtwo just to screw around, so this may or may not be a tech I pull out on a whim. My two most played mains are Greninja and Byleth, who I believe have some footstool shenanigans. The problem is getting the footstool as an oos option. Because I don't have mods, I can't set the cpu to aerial on my shield to practice the timing. I think some of the things discussed in this guide can apply to my gameplay, so any tips would be appreciated on getting the cpu besides min min to throw an aerial in training mode.
i think theoretically yeah but the execution is pretty difficult and disable only does 1% so it’s almost never worth it. plus most tournaments have a stalling clause i think past like 300%
@@mawouel9606 He has it on Mew2 and i dont think that the neutral air loops work with Mew2's neutral air. No hate towards you i should have been more specific
@@strikercat4397 It could also just be rapid jabs on a wanky stage. There's a wall on the training stage where you can just hold rapid jabs forever and you won't ever fall out of it. Those are just my wild guess I have no actual proof how he actually got this score
