Recover filling the mega bar so you can prep it for the start of the fight is way to strong the downside to X is you jjst sorta evolve when you evolve but its so tanky thats fine if you cant mega when you want on Y with how frail it can be would make a huge difference i say thay take that part out entirely

@@jameschristophercirujano6650no, it's básics are pretty much dashes, teleport gives huge mobility and psystrike Is pretty much a full heal. What i'm trying to say is Mewtwo X doesn't have the same weaknesses other meelee character have, while mewtwo Y Is just as frail as other attackers, it certainly isn't balanced but i'd much rather fight Mew2Y over Mew2X

@@ciranopunalesvigliarolo3788 Would rather fight X, it's way easier to predict where it's coming, and usually dives first, or immediately right after, with Y, it can just bomb your whole team on the sideline, it's a way better mobility cinder, with better cc for protection.

@@jameschristophercirujano6650 it doesn't mather how predictable it ls when it deals so much damage and has healing, psystrike allows it to engage when enemies are packed together and allows it to disengage if a group of enemies pursues not to mention he can bypass the frontline with future sight to get the squishys. Y on the other hand Is designed as a glass cannon, yes Is unfair but since it lacks any kind defence boost and His básics only heal with recover, it can cc'd, outranged, bursted down by the braindead trio, etc.

@@jameschristophercirujano6650it's easier to predict but the amount of damage that mew2X can deal it's just unfair, so even if you outplay him he's going to kill you from a critical hit or if you escape he'll just attract you with future sight, mew2X is the most brain dead pokemon in the game rn

Mewtwo Y takes much more skill than X does for sure, but BOTH are broken. No way around it. I went like 30 matches, 80% win rate into masters just over the weekend. Averaged 130k damage, 16 kills, 10 assists, 200 points. Thats just not fair. Im def not a scrub player, been here since beta. But I am not THAT good. The real issue I see is its auto speed mixed with that AoE splash damage. I team wipe on 2nd post regularly.

This happened to me yesterday, except the Lucario just decided to afk the whole game and not join team fights (throwing pretty much) we still won despite it being 4v5. I was playing Y but also got lucky they didn't have a Mewtwo that game. haha this is probably the only pokemon I feel confident enough to do this on more than once. lol

There is more counterplay because it is squyshier, but in terms of strength it is really on the same level, and the enemy team comp didn't have a diver so Mewtwo could play safe forever

Y its worst than X....X have counter play like A9, mamoswine, umbreon etc but Y doesnt have anything to counter it!! The attack speed + the range can easily be at any save position in any fight!! Its squishy but is nearly imposible to be close to it!! Y can recharge mega bar without being in a fight and X need to be in a fight at close range to do it!!

Not really. The only thing you gotta focus on is ur positioning. That's it. There's no skill in order to play Y just make sure enemy team doesn't get near you and you'll be fine

Actually Mewtwo y is beyond broken in a proper team combination when Jake played on Japan server and played umbreon and the team supported a Mewtwo y and that Mewtwo y demolished enemy team with 232k damage and 36 Kos with 11 assists and people say Mewtwo y is not broken

Y outputs more damage than X and is a ranged which makes it way more op and difficult to play against. X is also easier to kill in a team fight.

Strangely enough gardevoir is one of the best bots to have, one time I had a bot garde playing buzzwole and it rarely missed future sight. Kinda funny to see.

And unfortunately good bots are no where to be seen in ranked. Even in Matches full of bots only the enemy team will have good bots like Crustle always scoring for some reason and having its passive always active meanwhile ally bots will just farm and feed.

I'm always having a hard time dealing with Psystrike Mewtwo. You get rewarded with being _unstoppable_ by using a point-and-click, sure-hit, high-damage, made-for-players-with-skill-issue move. 😢

Y is way too strong against melee attackers. It’s mega range means that you’ll probably be half dead before getting to it and if you do get close to it, you get pushed back and still take damage. I think it’s busted. If you don’t have a sniper on the team or a infinite range character then it’s really hard to beat Mewtwo Y

The Pokemon is still easy to counter. It's you that is busted at the game. I have limited Mewtwo Y to less than 50k damage in back to back matches with Zacian and Zoroark.

This game could have been so good if they knew how to do ranked matchmaking. Look at scizor run in to attack Rayquaza at about 8:20... His team is fighting and dude's like, "I'm going to attack the 90% hp boss!" It's so annoying how rank is determined by how much you play instead of how good you are

If I won a 4 v 5 as delphox multiple times before, then sure as hell Mewtwo can with how broken it is. I've also lost against 4 players too, especially during pre-nerf Zacian era, honestly, it can do a 2 v 5 with comfey pre-nerf as well.

Delphox with fire spin honestly seems more like hindrance support than actual damage. Every Delphox I find gets like 18 assists and like 2 kos

@@LinepithemaHumile I am not saying comparatively to the rest of the pokemons, I am saying it relating to X and Y themselves, Y is so insane that if you are caught by his unite you lose half of your HP, and it lowers your defenses, it is just an X version with range, whats more its A. Its tankier than attackers like Decidueye, and B. It literally has recover, Cris himself admits that even X cannot win the last Rayquaza team fight against Y because of how it is to mega evolve for Y, and if you have noticed Y mega evolves far more than X because of how is it for him
