Im glad you like your breakfats, but to be petty honest with you, mexican´s, we dont use to do that kind of breakfast; Im kind of surprise to see all that mix together, but I trully hope you enjoy it"! We use to eat just the tacos al pastor at night, never in the mornings. I dont know why, but people prefers the "quesadillas" or the "molletes" better than all that stuff, that also was not cheap at all
I said so, because in a normal place you can get a really nice chilaquiles with eggs breakfast for about tree & a half dollars, I suare!! So if you guys come to México, please tell me, I would be love to show you our real life! have a grat day!!
Eggs with corizo, but instead of chorizo, add carne asada. Whhhhat? Wouldn't that ba called carne asada with eggs? Lol It's like saying... i want a cheese burger no cheese.
@traumij: True, pinto beans are the more authentic way to go. Not quite sure why it is I prefer black beans, although not 100% of the time. Maybe 'cuz where I grew up there was a lot of Cuban restaurants, and so black beans were my first exposure to beans? They've all got their place, and definitely count me in for some Soul Food style Red Beans!!
@65bristolboy Yes, bristolboy, that's why we do what we do. Hope you like it. Let me know, or feel free to make your own travel video. Check out some of the other spots, too, but definitely keep your focus in The Mission District. I always see tourists along Market Street near Union Square and I can't for the life of me understand why. There's no soul there. Find a neighborhood and explore! Cheers!
Food Dude good job don't worry about the hate comments. If people don't like it then just don't go to the El Castillito for everyone else if you have not gone to the restaurant then you should keep your comments to yourself.
so, you take it home and eat it in the privacy of your own kitchen / living room, where no one can see how much of a mess you make, is that what you're telling us?
