I guess I’m not sure if it’s actual trolling but it’s definitely something. It’s hard for me to think he honestly believes what he’s saying. He’s capitalizing on saying what white people want to say, but to afraid to. He knows it gives it more validity to them because he’s a black man saying it. If a white guy says these things, it would be flat and unimportant, but because he’s black it makes his points stronger to them. Like a straight person standing up for LGBT rights, speaks louder than a gay person standing up for lgbt rights. Him being black saying white people are superior speaks louder to them… He’s created a lane for himself to make a bunch of money just by making white people comfortable in ignorance. I think he tries to play stupid, but I think he knows exactly what he’s doing. I just wish his audience would see him for who he is; someone using their insecurities to make a big profit. Jesse Peterson is an American citizen. He has rights and controls the public sector in this Country just like the rest of the American citizens do. He also has a right to control immigration like the rest of the citizens in this Country. Constitutionally our employees like Biden also have a responsibility to protect our National Security. No one’s a second class citizen, but some people pay and some receive. The public sector is legally responsible to the private sector that employs them.

Mexico is required to send 1.75 million acre-feet of water to the US every five years from the Rio Grande, and the US to send 1.5 million acre-feet of water to Mexico from the Colorado River each year.

South Texas water plant operator here. In our case, the water pump pickups are built into the banks of the Rio Grande river. The pumps can be easily accessed with the wall in place. Don’t know this dudes situation in his city, but it’s not that serious. I’m sure his city has a setup like ours.
It's "amazin'" that this guy thought he was the only one that had considered the water issue. Trump had tons of intelligent people working on the wall, yet this guy was the one person who thought about water issues.

It's quite easy. With a wall blocking uncontrolled trespassing, you can focus resources on "the end of the wall" as you say. It's like your house. If you have someone hostile outside, you only have to focus on the door and windows being the entry.
