One time my family and I had to go to my cousins house for a barbecue and everything was wrong. I literally watched petrified as they poured milk into the guacamole.

Beans simply reigns supreme. They're the PERFECT everyday food for any occasion. If there was only three foods that I could live off by, beans would be one of em. Easy
I have seen other videos with them in it and even though they have different tastes/ personalities... I can see them being best friends. The type of friends that don't talk for 6 months, go out to lunch and start RIGHT BACK where they left off the last time. I would love to be in their friend group. I feel like I would always be laughing and my day would automatically be made. Love it.

There’s actually been many times where I’ve o my eaten salsa by itself the struggle was real but tomatillos tomato jalapeño onion and garlic was a whole meal to me at the time lol
Nah I understand they are from different parts of Mexico, here in the north we don't eat many tacos as our southern counterparts, nor have a wider variety of tacos to choose from, in the north you will see tacos of barbacoa (just in the morning), bisteck, tripas, papas, pastor and alambre most likely, in the south oh boi, you have tacos for every time of day, of any kind of meat, stew, different preparations and so on.

Arroz is just the Spanish word for rice, same with frijoles for beans, elotes are corn with stuff on them (I just Google'd them), tortillas are flat bread typically made from corn or wheat flour, tacos are a tortilla with fillings usually meat and some combination of cilantro, onions, tomatoes, salsa, lettuce, guacamole, or cheese, Burittos are like a wrap with meat, beans, cream, etc.. inside, tortas are a type of sandwich, Chorizo is a sausage, idk how to describe a tamale, mole is a sauce?, a Quesidilla is like a cheesy tortilla? They've been very Americanized, guacamole is a sauce made from avacoda and some other ingredients, salsa is a sauce (its spanish for sauce) typically made from tomatoes and chili peppers, and idr know what the last 2 are
