This song tells the story of Russia from perspective of several groups of Russian people, and it shows that some of these groups are quite OK with the situation in the country, specifically it shows a son a a corrupted politician, who has no education, no understanding of anything but doing quite well in life because of his parent's connections, it shows some lower-class citizen who are living in shit and are OK with that because they simply are victims of stare propaganda and do not know better, and it shows some or force representatives who are also quite OK with the situation where they can illegally imprison people and put pressure on those who dare to think differently. These 3 groups, corruption, force and low class are the main supporters of the regime. The other side of the coin are mostly voiceless, they are shown as a soldier who represents the remaining of good in the military clinging to the shadows of the past glory of Russia, the unnamed con man (who was released with a verbal warning) and some students. The message of the song is simple - there are quite a lot of people in Russia who supports the current regime and there is no real way out of the situation.
