It all started in the 90's with Shankar's films which reported fake budget, collections and remuneration. Anyone with basic knowledge of history of Indian films knows about it. This is the reason national corporates never invested in Tamil films, while invested regularly in other industries like Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi etc. The sooner you realise the better. But Tamil fans are most egoist, they will never accept. Hence, other industries are capturing unexplored markets while there is no growth in Tamil industry. Fake BO collections and fake renumeration to satisfy the ego of Tamil fans.

The song name is implying they are borrowing from the middle east and mixing their folk dance hence "Arabic Kuthu". There is Arabic words in the chorus and there are middle eastern descent people in the backgrounds of the video. The darker haired individuals are south Asians though (like me)
