Deep in Sinaloa in the town of San Ignacio in between the jungle I found some Mexican street hot dogs. The street food vendor was a legend and shared everything there was to know about the hotdog along with the unique peppers he had. Mexican street hot dogs are something to test out and this spot is definitely worth it when visiting the beautiful town of San Ignacio.

The vendor owner is such a solid dude. Explained everything well, offered free drinks and then gave the tip to the woman working with him. A hotdog like this after a night out would be great.

Man, it's so awesome to see how hot dogs are enjoyed differently in different places. Anthony Bourdain often said that the best cuisine was "meat in tube form." I'm glad you're stoked to show us stuff like hot dog stands that others would skip.

Hot dogs, burgers, pizza... so common and so universal... I'm always fascinated by how people in other countries make their versions of these classics. I love peppers... spicy peppers. Spicy foods? Sign me up - would love to try this guy's pepper hot dog! Sometimes its the small carts that have the most bang - actually I purposefully seek them. The smaller they are the harder the grind. So down!

You can totally tell the vendor is a deportee, the clear Mexican-American accent and him calling it "American style chips", no full Mexican person calls anything gringo "American" unless they are pretentious. Nice to see him landing on his feet though.
