Great review. So sad to hear about the stealing. Just got back from Moon Palace in Jamaica and no one had the problem. So many of us lost our phones sometimes multiple times and we always found them where we left them. 💔 We never had to worry about someone taking our things..... thanks for sharing!

This is at the Santa Fe. The food and menu there is below average. If you want to spend more and eat good, and drink premium liquor, stay at the PALACE.

Slide next to the bar ? Why would i want kids splashing into my drink ?Why didn't you give the bell boy 5 bucks to take your bags up ? I agree its the guests who take stuff NOT the locals !!! You have to walk out of the resort to take the Uber . Uber is allowed to come into the resort to drop you off

This was my experience. If their was a better solution, then I would of mentioned it. It was very busy so couldn't have the bell boy come at anytime
