Amanda I loved the tour and music was perfect. Jim and I are more into traditional older homes, the ones we can’t afford of course. We will see what’s available in 2025. They keep raising residency fees we need to hurry and get our butts in gear. Thanks Bob
Hi thank you! Yes, as it was explained to me, they raise residency fees here every time they raise minimum wage to keep foreigners from taking Mexican jobs. I'm sure there are a few other reasons for it as well, but that is one of them.
@@NM-ro5nf Everywhere in Mexico is hot right now. There will be a down at some point, but it will come back up, and higher than the last high. That's real estate 101.
