Don't worry about it practice talking English and answering questions with your brother or sister and try to be fluent or speak to yourself record it and see if you are making any mistakes anxiety is a common thing but try to overcome it inshallah you will succeed!!
You can do mock interviews and practice at your home few times before appearing for real interviews. Try to practice in front of mirror and try to relax before main interview it’s going to be okay

hi i have a question. in the application guidelines form for undergraduate program, it says the applicant needs to submit "Academic transcript(s) for all school years of school/university attended " and it also says that the applicant must have completed 12 years of schooling, what do i do if i don't have the academic transcripts for ALL school years and was homeschooled for a few years in between? will this make me illegible for the scholarship? also will i be allowed to take up a part time job while studying in japan? sorry for the long comment!!!
Hi for the academic transcripts part you can send you high school 9-12th first if your marks and the interview leave an impression on them they will ask for the transcript of other grades and then you can explain your condition they will probably understand only 9-12 matters the most and for the second question yes you can work part time there in Japan however as you are coming on a scholarship your working hours will be restricted and if your performance and other things drop in the university they might ask you to quit...
Hi Anamika, i had a question. I had applied for research track through the preliminary form(by email on 15th May). I just noticed that in embassy website - it's written that it's for October, 2024 batch. The thing is i got laid off recently and was looking to do masters. But, in case of selection , I will have to wait till October 2024 before joining ? I was hoping to join the April, 2024. Do you suggest I search and do a job in the meanwhile, to prevent unnecessary gaps ? I also saw this mentioned - "The scholarship period will start from April, September or October 2024 until the end of March 2026." So, is it possible to start the masters program on April 2024 (the earliest) ? But it also mentions that it is for non regular research students . What do they mean by that ? Can you also tell about what happens after getting a scholarship ? Like, what process one follows before joining the university ? How hard are the entrance exams ? And what someone looking to do masters in computer science - what syllabus will be there and is it in Japanese or English ? Thanks again
Hey you can choose the April intake as well and non regular student mean research students so when you will arrive there you have to give entrance exam to be a master’s student and the entrance exam depends on your university and graduate school it can be presentation, written exam or oral interview
@@shibuimika Thanks for answering. So the people who enter in October 2024 will not have to give an entrance exam ? What's the difference between these two terms ?
