I think he is becoming emotional because he is convinced that the guilty people are roaming the streets and the state is blind to see that So he can't wait for his clients to be released from prison He feels like giving them a hot slap on their faces to hei wake up and smell the coffe
@@lyma3880 Many People are saying the state is blind and thats not true. This case was manufactured by the state in order to not arrest the real perpetrators because they received money. The same Ndlovu who had no address was found at the scene.
That is the main reason I will not vote for a party that calls for a death sentence. We have seen people been executed wrongly by the USA Justice system. Some have been freed after spending 40 years in prison for a crime they have never committed.

When Adv. Teffo was trying to introduce the issue of Kelly killing Senzo the Judge and Adv. Mshololo wanted nothing to do with Adv. Teffo's suggestion. While agree that Adv. Mshololo is good I think she also wanna make herself know because now she wasted 3 days and was not even willing to listen to Teffo for the existence of the second docket. Today she is the one who want to entertain the second docket and need more than 3 days to go read that docket. Mshololo and Teffo should work together to win this case. Mshololo is good but I think she is full of herself.

This is a very high profile case therefore even the lawyers themselves are gunning for their careers, so for me I understand Mshololo's strategy. Yes we all want justice for Meyiwa but for the lawyers its like keeling 2 birds with one stone...God bless those 2 lawyers!

Advocate Teffo has the information but he is not articulate. There are procedures, he had an opportunity to question the Mr Mosia he should have brought all this up. Imagine if it was not of Advocate Tefo, the futile case could have led innocent people to prison while the real criminals would have played innocent and traumatized without even giving their side of story of what really happened.
