Sorry for the zooming throughout the video, our cellphone probably wasn't sure what to zoom at, if either us or the mic. I'm glad it chose mostly us ;)

What an excellent performance of a beautiful song! I really appreciate both of your voices matching each other so well, and the lovely voice of the violin is so clear! I really do wish I had a translation of the words so I could understand the meaning. This is the first thing I have seen on your channel, and I’m subscribing. Beautiful song and marvelous performance. Eva lives the music, so nice. It is a pleasure not only to hear you but to see you as well. You emanate goodness, that is rare. I feel that to get the duet voices and the overlapping of the voices you will need another singer, or am I mistaken? In any case THANK YOU (and fix the bloody camera darn 🙂)

This is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard (internationally). I only know 2 other versions of this song and yours' is absolutely amazing, too! I could listen to this song forever xD And this ending was so cute! :)) Zdravím z Německa!

@@dominikpokorny actually I got aware of Czechia through this song. Another version same song. Began to learn Czech and fell in love with all of the country, but especially Moravia. And when I heard your version, I somehow didn't see it was Moravian, it's only now that I noticed! I was always more concentrated on music than titles. But it fits so perfectly. When I heard your version for the first time I tried desperately to learn about Moravian folklore and didn't even know it was a piece of it!!🙈 And now it seems so fitting. Moravian folklore is such a huge part of my heart now. Thank you for doing this beautiful cover.♥️ What region in Moravia is it originally from? I would love to know! And as I said and now after listening to it once again, your version is absolutely beautiful🥰☺️ could you imagine doing more Moravian folk songs?🙈♥️

@@spiritofthewinds9089 Hello there, it's great to hear from you again! 🙂I'm glad you enjoy our version, I've been planning to record it again, only this time I want to try and layer some vocals and add more instruments... it's been on my "to do" list for quite a while now haha. I don't know exactly which region this song is from, but it was popularized here in Czech quite a lot by the band Čechomor. Their version is pretty well known here. Děkujeme! 🙂Ten zvuk se teprve učím zpracovávat a tenkrát to bylo nahraný ještě přes Audacity, dneska už by to snad bylo o chlup lepší, i když ta cesta je dlouhá.. kdybyste měl zájem, tak mrkněte na nějaký moje novější nahrávky, snad je to zvukově o trochu dál.
