Hello again. My cousin's MF-135 has a problem with the hydraulic system, lift arms are stuck in up position. From what i've found on internet, the control valve might be stuck. Could you please tell me if you pull the control valve lever, will it stop pumping oil up, or it is normal to pump continuously?
hello! Depends on the position of the second lever, if the lever is in transport position the pump keeps pumping but the pressure is regulated to hold the arms in the highest position. if the lever is in positon "auxiliary hydraulic" the pump keeps pumping at maximum pressure (~170bar)
Is this an MK II since the hydraulic filter is pointing up?? MK III has it pointing down and is changes by opening the small lid at the bottom of the housing?
I need help for massey ferguson 135. Multipower is crash in tractor and i need original new pump. Please if have some information send me message. Thanks of lot.
Hi i have a Massey Ferguson 165 with Perkins engine i have noticed when i push clutch in the rear hydraulic arms will go down and when i let clutch out they come back up also when i turn engine off arms go back down would you know what it might be.
Hi. You have got a so called double clutch which actuates on fist staged the PTO and the hydraulic pump and on second stage the transmission. You could adjust the clutch pedal on the clutch lever to either actuate the transmission only or both the transmission and the hydraulic pump. There are two holes on the clutch lever to adjust this function. If the hydraulic pump is disconnected from the engine (clutch released) the pump is not rotating and there will be no pressure generated and the arms will go down immediately.... this is absolutely normal on these MF models
why not repair it, whats wrong with the Multi Power? slipping clutch? in most cases the Multi Power input shaft is the main issue. I did a whole overhaul of the input shaft assembly look at my channel in 3 parts it is described step by step how to overhaul it by your own!
